Small public park which opened to the public in 1912 and which is now sandwiched behind Tooting Leisure Centre and adjacent to St George's Hospital. It was originally to the west of the Fountain Hospital which opened in 1893 as a fever hospital, with Grove Hospital to the south built in 1894-9. In the late 1960s St George's Hospital moved here from Hyde Park when new buildings were added,. The park has shrubberies, undulating ground, and new trees.
